Bathroom remodel -
Mold Removal, New tile, toilet, and drywall.
Also changed out the sink, mirror & light fixture, and added some shelving, and a towel warmer.
Our client wanted to remove a section of the living room stairs, to free up some floor space in their tiny home. Also removed a wall channel and replaced some drywall, and added a handrail.
Bathroom Remodel -

Began with mold removal and some drywall repair.
​
Replaced sink and vanity, and added some new lighting and some shiplap as an accent wall.
Put down new tile in the lavatory and replaced the toilet.

Client was tired of carpet in her 3 bedrooms, so we removed everything and replaced it with a beautiful laminate.
​
Ended up fixing a leak under the kitchen sink, repairing a microwave, and changing out a light fixture while we were there! We love to get it done!
Finished a remodel earlier than expected, so we also tackled some sagging side porch steps, fixed up some trim work at the front door, and installed a doorbell camera that arrived while we were there. It's nice to stay busy while alleviating some eye sores and safety hazards. We love our job!
